Tiredness, pain in lower back, shoulders. Hot showers provide mild relief. Permanent cure?

Hi I am 41 year old female. I do regular exercise ( stretch , walks...generally try to do my own house work). But I find that I wake up tired, some days more than others,...i have to do things slowly. I have pain in the lower back and shoulders ( a hot shower hitting on these spots gives slight relief)..Please help me get my energy back

dear give postural rest to your self...avoid such work,involve bending again and again ....
take tab Arcaloin twice aday help to improve ideopathic muscular pain....
take muscle relaxant for few days,tab nuberol forte or tizanidine are good options....
take Bvitamen supplemant(B1,B6,B12),once aday fir a month....
