Tired Leg, Knee Pain, Back Pain, Pain In Groin Area. Suggestion?

I was on holiday and we had some walking to do. We stayed in a hotel in Las Vegas that required a lot of walking just to get out the front door. My legs got tired, my knees hurt (I do have arthritis in them) and I got pain in my groin , right hip and aches in my back. When I stand up after sitting for 30 minutes I have to wait until my legs decide to hold me up and work. This is troubling, do you have suggestions?

This is just your arthritis acting up.A painkiller like Etorocoxib 90mg 1/2 daily will reduce the pain considerably.
