Tired, always sleeping, high heart rate. Lump in upper chest. Have type 2 diabetes and high triglycerides

Hello, the last two days im very tired want to sleep all day. My heart rate is always high for the past 8-9 months, its always over 100, yesterday it was 120, 117. I feel a lump in my upper chest . Monday I was talking with someone who was getting a TB test who may have been exposed. Ive been tired since tuesday. Im a 46 year old female with type two diabetes , and high trigliserates. im 5 foot 8 219 pounds. 90 0f the weight is in my tummy.
