Tingly, Hot Face, Dizziness While Standing, Feeling Of Convulsion. Thoughts?

Sometimes, when I stand up, I get very dizzy and my face is hot/tingly, then it passes. It is sometimes very sever though! & I feel like i will pass out &/or like maybe I am slightly convulsing, although I have never passed out. I haven't noticed specifically when/why…for example, it just happened but I've eaten recently etc.

Hi!
Welcome to HCM!
Lightheadedness ior dizziness is a common complaint in people having low blood pressure. When the blood pressure is too low, not enough oxygen-rich blood is being delivered to the brain, and its function can be affected.
Low blood pressure may be the result of an underlying illness or disease, or it may be a normal physiologic condition. Some common reasons for low blood pressure include the following:Anemia ,dehydration, Fever also can cause a significant amount of water loss due to increased metabolic rate and excessive sweating as the body tries to cool itself. you must get examined by your physician and get your blood pressure and hemoglobin checked.
hope this helps you!
take care !
