Tingling in tailbone on bending head forward. Previous neck pain, tailbone bruising. Treatment?

hi. I have tingling in my tailbone when I bend my head forward. it is not painful, but it is very noticeable. it started about a week ago when my menses started. I do yoga on a daily basis and have had prior issues with my neck . also bruised my tail bone about a year ago. I plan on going to my doctor this week. I am a little concerned about what may be causing this.
