Tingling In Penis. Normal Urine Tests. Recommendations?
My son has been complaining of tingling or "bees buzzing" feeling in his penis for the past 2 years. I have had him into the clinic and we have checked urine for infection etc. Still he often lays on his penis and complains of tingling. Some of the staff at the school indicate he is self stimulating but the tingling complaint that he gives me is happening when walking or playing etc. Please help

It is totally nonspecific kind of complain, may not be having any dangerous reason behind it, the near possibility would be smegma (white material forms under the foreskin of penis) irritation, just clean it up, ask him to drink lot of water, it will be alright within days, have nice day.
