Tingling Electrical Shock Traveling Down Let Arm, Knee Injury. What Is Wrong?

I have been having tingling electrical shock traveling down my left arm , then there s a numb feeling following it. I had a fall on November 21st where I slipped on some water. I fell forward hit my knee really hard, trying to break my fall, my body twisted & something in my back popped. Could you tell me if this is the cause of the tingling or electrical shock feeling?

as its in arms chances are less. because if there would be pain in back of neck that might be the cause of numbness.
