Tingling all over the body but not frequently,I feel a little weak and tired. What it could be ?

I m 35 and have tingling from head to toe, even in my mouth. I feel a little weak and tired. I don t have it everyday. When I get it I will have it for the whole day. Today it started after having a minor case of soft stools. I m a little lightheaded as well. No pains though. I have had this before and had blood work a few years ago which was all normal to rule out vit. isssues. Any ideas on what it could be?

hi christina. generalized burning in most cases is due to deficiency disorders , of vitamins, micro nutrients, minerals. please take good amount of fruits, veg, meat ,fish, eggs, dryfruits, rice, liquids etc. stop any type of tobacco as it will aggravate the deficiency. since you seems non Asian, you can easily avail ready supplements in pharmacy, go for good brand. even not solved in a month or 2, then please visit a doctor to investigate yourself. generalized burning can also occur in osteomalasia, diabetes, neurological damages, etc. you are though safe cos not having associated symptoms. be relax and proceed.
I hope I answered your query. Wish you good health.

Hi,Christina, thanks for query. This could be a part of generalized weakness. You need some work up again to check your blood sugar, blood counts and other test as per the need. Please visit your doctor and get your self properly examined. At times some form of anxiety, physical or mental fatigue can also lead to this.Take good healthy diet, proper sleep and more fluids during the day.
wishing you good health.
