Tightness, Sore Chest, Pain During Breathing. Normal CK Test, Cardiac Enzymes

I have a tightness and sore chest have seen dr and Cardiac enzymes and ck test showed up fine on friday but pain is consistly there and sometimes hurts to breathe but fine when I lie down, Have not been doing anything over exerting but it hurts to bring my head forward and lift my arms behind my back when putting on coat

thanks for the query
your complaints looks like pleuritic chest pain...which means you will have chest pain on deep inspiration...usually cardiac chest pain will be usually central and radiating to left hand..cardiac enzymes are usually done in acute conditions..if you are diabetic and hypertensive please get one 2-d echo and stress test in case..plese get one chest x-ray and if its normal take normal pain killers...
