Tightness, Muscle Pain In The Left Side Of Chest. Also Have Shortness Of Breath, Dizziness, Discomfort. What Could It Be?

Hi, for two days I have had a strange tight pain-like feeling on the left side of my chest, plus a small muscle like pain just next to the left breast. It is very uncomfortable, especially when I go to bed. As soon as I line down I feel like I need more air and also have a dizzy feeling.

hi welcome to hcm
it seems like your pain and sob may be due to one of the following reasons
1.simple muscle pain
2.sob on lying down posture-orthopnea may be due cardiac or pulmonary cause but appears to be more of cardiac in nature
so i would suggest you to visit a physician or cardiologist if pain not subsided by muscle relaxants.
hope you get well soon
