Tightness in neck, head pressure, nausea, light sensitivity. Tried nasal spray. Hay fever symptoms?

I have bouts of severe tightness in neck , pressure in head, always on left side. Interfering with work as cannot think straight, have nausea and sensitivity to light. Been to ear throat specialist and was diagnoses with hayfever but although nose spray helped for a while it has come back. Nausea and dizziness often accompany the attacks.
