The symptoms you are feeling might be due to muscle twitch
unless you had any injury
to the scrotum
without noticing it.
I suggest to
- avoid heavy training for some days
- take pain-killers for the pain
- do only light exercises to keep body in movement
- eat health and regular meals
- take multivitamin
supplement if you are not eating regularly and not feeding with the necessary vitamins and minerals
If the pain won't go away for 1 week or you feel anything unusual, I suggest to consult your physician.
