Tickling Sensation Inside Head, Dizziness, Lightheadedness, Migraine. Any Clue?

Hello,

I have been often experiencing a weird "tickling" sensation inside my head...it feels like my brain tickles. I am unsure how else to describe it. It is also often accompanied by dizziness and being lightheaded. less frequently, I have sort of glowing purple bricks close in in front of my eyes especially when standing up quickly. I have migraines occasionally. I often feel like I am "not really there", which is more of a physical than mental sensation, and sometimes have trouble focusing and can leave and go to a place without remembering how I got there. It's like I am on autopilot. I am a 26 year old female. Any clue what this may be? Espacially the tickling sensation, as I haven't found much information on that symptom. Thank you.

Hello.I think that symptoms that you have are result from anxiety- stress.
¿Do you have work stress?
Anxiety-stress causes severe psychic symptoms as you say (feeling of disconnection with reality, feeling of being an autopilot) and also physical symptoms that you refer(tickling, dizziness, feeling bright eyes).
Also migraine attacks (which you suffer) one of the main triggers is stress.
However you must go to your doctor for a complete exploration to rule out any neurological pathology and to receive right treatment if anxiety-stress is
confirmed.
I wish you good health.
