Tickling Sensation Around Anus, Painful Passing Stool. Suggestion?

hello doctor, from several days i have this wierd itchy and tickling feeling in and around my anus . and from 2-3 days now m having acute pain in my anus. especially when i go for stooling in the morning its sooo painfull. i have problem in sitting and standing and doing what so ever. and that itchy and tickling feeling is consistent. its soo uncomfortable. plzzzzzzzz help

hi
it may be fissure.a vertical cracking toward your anus mucous.you should soften your stool with eating regular vegetables and fruits and avoid being constipate.also drinking sufficient amount of liquids and juices.
sitting in warm water will ameliorate your pain.
if it continuous ,its better to be visited by a surgeon.
