Tickle Cough, Weakness, Red Spots On Tongue, Lightheadedness, Congested Nose. Is It An Infection?
My 14 year old son has had a tickle cough for a number of weeks it has now loosened but he is feeling generally unwell. He has a few red spots on the front of his tongue, he says it is not sore but says throat is sore when he swollen, he also says he is light headed and has had headaches in the past couple of days although none at moment. His nose is also congested. Would he have an infection of some kind?
Hello, The red spots on tongue can be due to aphthous ulcers. Intake of spicy,salty food items has to be limited. Maintain oral hygiene well. Hormonal changes has to be maintained and limited. Take plenty of fluids and water. Vitamin becosules,c,iron and folic acid tablets has to be taken. stressful work has to be limited. Take care.
