Hi,
Firstly, you should have a complete evaluation to know the cause of your abortion. Most often chromosomal anomalies are the reason for first trimester miscarriages. The abortus should have been tested for the reason. If you have normal thyroid profile with the current dosage, hypothyroidism may not be the cause of the abortion; only the dosage has to be increased during the pregnancy as the demands rise through the later trimesters. Please have a prenatal evaluation before you plan for your next pregnancy and you can take prenatal vitamins. Good luck.
