Thyroid Patient Has Been Observing Watery Discharge From Her Left Nipple
my mom is 46yrs old.she has been observing watery discharge from her left nipple.there is no hard mass on palpation.then why is it happening so?she is a thyroid patient.

First thing to rule out is a lump by palpation and a mammography.Then hyperprolactinoma should also be ruled out by checking prolactin levels.If thats normal,then a swab test of the discharge needs to be done to rule out infection.
