Hi

Given the history of hypothyroidism, overweight and other considerations such as age,the chance of pregnancy will increase only with proper treatment.Weight reduction, maintenance of thyroid levels and intake of nutritional supplements such as folic acid and inositol is required.Monitor thyroid levels every month. TSH,free T3 and T4 levels should be measured. TPO antibodies should be measured.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
