Thumping Sensation In Chest While Sleeping. History Of Ectopic Beats. Causes And Treatment?
over the last 12 months ive been experiencing the sensation of thumping in my chest for a few minutes after settling for the night. it always settles down and does not worry me any other time of the day. i do have ectopic beats that trouble me occasionally and are interested in your comments on my problem. i am 58yrs old, in good health, and a non smoker

As your 50 year old you should definitely take it seriously as it may a case of heart disease. you should consult your cardiologist soon. and under go all the test like ECG, ECHO, TMT ect. Your history suggestive of may be case of heart disease.
