Throbbing Pain In Testicles And Penis. No Swelling. Advice?

Since I'm on my time of the month I decided to help out my husband with a favor. Unfortunately after he started getting pain on the tip of his penis and on his testicles. He states it's a throbbing pain. Comes and goes also be feels like his testicles might explode but they are not swollen what can this be and how can I help him

Hi, it appears that he has urinary tract infection, or a stone in the uriter near the bladder, or prostatitis. He needs to be investigated for that. So i advise you to consult a urologist for diagnosis and treatment.
He may need to have U.S.scanning, and other tests for confirmation. Thank you.
