Throat pain on swallowing, tightness, chronic cough with clear mucus, voice loss. Causes and cure?

I recently got over the flu , but my throat continues to hurt. It feel like my throat is closing. when I drink water there is a pain. I did have chronic cough during the time that I had the flu about a week ago, that could possibly tore somewhere in my throat. my voice has not came back and i have a slight cough where clear mucus come out.
