Throat is itchy at the time of sleeping, please help

Hi, when I go to bed, I have a feeling of a line of thin mucus on right side of the throat , which does not allow to sleep unless it is thrown out with coughing. It never happens during the day time.

The common cause of itchy throat may be due to acid eruption and throat infection.Do you have any other symptoms hoarseness of voice, or heart burn problem. The acidity cause acid reflux symptoms cause itchy in your throat. Please avoid the sleep immediately after having food.Rest atleast 2hr before bed. drink plenty of water and avoid very cold and very hot water.

It can be due to gastric reflux or sinus problem. Drink plenty of warm water, have your dinner 2 hours before you go to bed, lie on the left side and finally do steam inhalations before you go to bed.

as per your symptoms you may have post nasal drip,please go for a x ray of PNS and post the report for further evaluation.
also check and regulate your dinner timing,you should take meal at lest 2 hours before sleeping

I believe you are having post. nasal drip and evening being the time for kaphaj rog this feature becomes more prominent. steam inhalation will loosen the phlegmatic matter and expell it quickly. Take maha lakshami vilas ras swarn yukat one bd for ten days with hot water.
