Throat irritation. Taken zaha500 and azithral 500. Which of the medicines is better and is it same?

What is the difference between Zaha-500 and azithral-500 please? I got an irritate throat with caught about two months ago and I took zaha-500 and it has healed but I got it again two days ago, when I went to the pharmacist he said Zaha is the same as . I got azithral-500 there. Which of them is best and when to take it please. I appreciate your help.
