I have been feeling like something is in my throat for a week now, I still eat, no loss in weight. But now iv been feeling light headed every now and then. My stomach is feeling slightly bloated when I eat and I m burping quiet a bit. Kidneys have been feeling sore as well. No other symptoms and I don t feel sick at all.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding feeling of lump in neck with bloated stomach, light headedness.

Considering all your symptoms it appears as you are having gastritis with GERD (gastro esophageal reflex disease). You may take now-

1- Avoid spicy foods.

2- Avoid smoking.

3- take adequate fluid orally.

4- Antacids with PPI.

Probably above will help you.

Regards.
