What Causes Cognitive Impairment And Dilated Pupils?

This afternoon, my 72 year old wife has had a difficult time putting thoughts together. She had an eye exam this morning and her pupils were dilated. She had a bit of what she calls a visual migrane this afternoon where her vision is somewhat like looking through a kaleidoscope. She looks fine. She can read from a magazine out loud. She can remember middle names of our 4 children. Can play online solitaire. But feels that her comprehension when reading and her ability to put thoughts together is impaired.

This is the neurological symptoms and it is due to age infect it is not the pathological illness but it is age related symptoms, it does not requires any treatment, most of the time it is the self limiting condition and comes around on its own, moral support plays big role, so give good moral support to her, with the time she will be alright.

Hope I have answered your query, Let me know for further assistance.
