Hi, thanks for posting
I understand your anxiety regarding your moustache and beard.
As a result of pubertal changes boys develop thicker and darker facial hair .This starts at 12-14 years in boys and continues till 17 years on an average. But there is a wide range in the amount of body hair and significant differences in the timing and quantity of hair growth in different races.
Facial hair is often present in late adolescence, but may not appear until significantly later. Facial hair continue to get coarser, darker and thicker for another 2–4 years after puberty. Some men do not develop full facial hair for up to 10 years after the completion of puberty.
So I advise to wait for some time and these hair will be thicker and darker.

Fine hair convert to thicker and darker as a result of androgens which are produced by testes during puberty., in case you are too anxious get a hormonal workup done and meet an endocrinologist for treatment if at all it is required.
hope this helps you
