Thin built up, unable to gain weight with high calorie diet. NutriGain can be helpful?

Hello HCM Doctors, I am Indian & stay in India. My diet is Strictly Vegetarian not even Egg. I am 28 years 44 kgs right now and height of 5 7, at this age my father also had similar personality but my grand father is heavy built, many may call it as Genetics , but I have also seen in my family relatives where their father s are thin but the child is healthier & in good weight, I consulted many doctors and underwent few Test s like, Urine , Blood & etc, also followed their diet plan like eating cereals in morning, milk, fruits, fruit juices, high amount of calories intake, ghee, yogurt, vegetables & etc but all went in to vain as there is no physical change in my personality, I look ashamed of myself as my hands and legs are so thin, I love to eat oily foods like snacks but cannot eat outside food like rice in hotels, I avoid eating outside in hotels, so I have 99% food in my house-made only. Now a days I have seen a adv. called NutriGain product is it helpful, if so can I use it, please give your best advice, in the end don t say I have to consult a Doctor as till now I did so many. Thanks and Regards, Harsha
