My next period should come on the 4th, and I m now getting white thick discharge , but I don t know if it could mean anything like pregnancy?

Hello ,
thanks for the query,

Thick white discharge suggests vaginal infection.
Get a pregnancy test or UPT done to rule out pregnancy.

Once pregnancy is ruled out , take treatment for vaginal infection -either local or vaginal.
Most likely diagnosis is candidiasis - fungal infection.
Get a swab test done. and contact your Gynaecologist for treatment
Maintain personal hygiene.
