The Hard Lump On Testicle With Swelling Is A Boil Or Cyst?
I have what appears to be a boil or cyst on my testicle. I noticed it after cutting grass a week a go. At first I thought maybe I strained my self so I used ice in hope of reducing the swelling. Know after a week it is hard rubbing against the inside upper thigh. Is this a boil or cyst or something more?

Any lump on the testicle should not be ignored. It is necessary to rule out testicle cancer. It might be a cyst of course, but before such diagnosis other more serious possibilities should be considered.
That is why I suggest you to do not wait with it and consult urologist. Testis ultrasound is necessary.
