The Color Of My Sperm Varies All The Time

I'm in my mid 20's and it never happened to me before until last year when I've been eating noodles only for nearly 3 weeks to save money.

I've been trying to eat as much healthy foods everyday as I can since then, my sperm may be white today, but then next week it may either be yellowish or kinda dark red

Please help. Thank you

everyone who is not following a healty diet..must follow that problem..
