The bone on my wrist that sticks out (is it the ulna head?) Sticks out a lot more on one wrist than the other and is much bigger, I don't know if it's always been like this or if it's recent. I don't have any pain and have not injured it but am worried it might be something else making it swollen?

I was playing roller hockey, and felt something pop on the bone that sticks out on the side...I was unable to finish playing, but was feeling better on the way home.....I m able to move my wrist up and down and side to side, but when I twist the wrist inward, I get a pretty bad pain...it has been swallon, but not as bad as the first night, I see no bruising at all either, but when I try to use a hand pump soap with that hand only, it becomes very painful, and unable to use just that hand...after reading a lot of things online I m scared to think its fractured, I m able to work and use tools as a electrician, but like I said really only hurts when twisted.....any ideas????

hi, I have a question. last year I twisted my wrist but never went to the doctor for it only after 6 month when it started bothering me more but they said nothing was wrong with it just that the tissues are torn out, but my bone is sticking out more than normal and every time I move my hand up, down, left, or right it starts hurting, and I don t know what to do
