Uterus:7.7x5.6x4.6cm anterverted Cervix:2.4x2.8x2.8cm with nabothian cyst Endometrium:1.6cm hyperechoic Right ovary:4.7x2.1x2.5 cm Left ovary:3.4x2.1x1.7 cm Others: Minimal free fluid in the cul de sac Remarks: The uterus is anverted with regular contour and homogeneous myometrium.There are no myometrial masses seen.The cervix is closed and with nabothian cyst.The endometrium is thick and hyperechoic with entact endomyometrial interface.The right ovary is lateral to the uterus while the left is prosterolateral.Both contain follicles.There are no adnexal masses seen in this scan.there is minimal free fluid in the culde sac.
