Thank you in advance. I have had great pain for

Thank you in advance. I have had great pain for just over two years now. I am a sixty nine year old female with a lineage of arthritic conditions. No one has previously been able to help me other than offer up diagnosises with no ideas about what to do. Just recently I saw a doctor who said that I have kidney issues. No one until now has mentioned that even though I have had all sorts of inflammatory issues over the last two and a half years. Currently my biggest issues are neuropathy even though not diabetic, and bladder issues, and inflammation of many areas..feet and ankles, big toe, and knee. The rheumatologist says I don’t have RA even tho no testing.

I am a 33 year old female. at 1030am i developed jaw pain, shooting pain from left ear to middle of chin and feeling syncope. i took bp with a result of 122/77 and then decided to check my cbg because i am hypoglycemic. it was 109 after a grande vanilla latte and a peach turnover 2 hours earlier...so i continued with my day. at 1230pm my feeling of like i was going to faint was still there, and the sharp jaw pain but then my left side of my chest developed a bad aching pain that radiated to my left shoulder and down my arm to right below my elbow. full deep breaths caused my left shoulder to hurt worse. So i took a 81mg aspirin and went to the ER. EKG showed normal and chest x ray was clear. this was on tuesday and it is now thursday ngiht and my chest still hurts. i f/u with my pcp on wednesday and he mentioned i needed to monitor this as i showed more discomfort when he pressed by my sternum then anywhere else. mentioned something of i could have a virus. his only suggestion for me was ibuprofen and time. what could be going on? should i just wait and see? should i request to speak with a cardiologist? I am 5 7 145lbs and live healthy lifestyle as i dont smoke and only social drink occasionally. any suggestions will be great. Thank you for your time in advance.

I just got out of hospital after having a suspected silent heart attack 4 days ago. Symptoms were fainting, chest pains, pain in my arm, numb mouth, breathlessness and light headedness. I already take beta blockers for a fast irregular heartbeat, constant chest pain and breathlessness. I am always feeling very unwell with it. Tonight my ECG came back abnormal. I know this because I saw the printed copy in front of me. It also said abnormal T wave, possible inferior ischemia. When the doctor came to see me and send me home they failed to even mention it. What does that result mean? Should I go and see another doctor? Is there any other test I can have done? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hi, about a year and a half ago I was exposed to an hiv positive person. I received unprotected anal sex. I m terrified to this day. I haven t gotten tested but I will be in a few days as I need to face my fear and move on. However in the mean time I m so scared by recent changes with my body. I was hoping I could tell you my symptoms and you could tell me that they may not be hiv symptoms or give some hope that I m being paranoid. For 3-4 months I ve had perfect circles on my ribs and back. They re not really raised and hardly itch. They re not even that red. But they are solid all the way through unlike ringworm. For almost the same amount of time I ve had abdominal pain and testicular pain sometimes right before ejaculation. And lastly this past week my tongue is kinda white-ish in the middle and I can taste metal. I m so scared! Any help before the test would be great. Thank you!!
