Tests showed thick endometrium, hyper-echoic, have abdominal pain, continuous vaginal discharge, prolonged heavy menses. Advise?

what does it mean to have and endometrium which is thick 1.98 cm hyperechoice and compatible with secretory sonographic appearance. Im suffering from pain on the lower both sides of the abdomen , vaginal discharge for months and prolonged heavy menstruation periods for a year now. My last menstruation was on the 3rd week of september im not sure exactly the date was. Please advise,. Thanks
