Testicles Seems To Rotate 180 Degrees, Testicle Torsion

One of my testicals seems to rotate 180 degrees then I rotate it back this has happen twice in the last week and I know about testicle torsion. What should I do? Thanks

well torsion is a extremely painful condition... still ill suggest colour doplar ultrasound to confirm the torsion...
