Testicle pain while running

Hello doctor I just join track and one day we did a lot of running and while ill run my left teticle will hurt. And I was weaing boxers at the time. I feel a slight pain in my left teticle every now and then . Is this serious or can it just go away on its own?

Testis is very sensitive organ.
Because of friction during running,it might have become painful.
If there is no swelling visible or palpable,nothing to worry.
If you are having pain continuously,please get a Colour doppler of scrotum.
It will clear all your doubts.
