Tested Positive For Trichinosis. How Can I Be Symptomatic When Adult Worms Have Died?

I have been having severe fatigue and muscle pain for over 2 years. I just tested positive for antibodies for Trichinosis. If the adult worms die within 6 weeks how can I still be so symptomatic? Or can the larva mature to adults and thus keep the cycle going?

Suppose u take a dose of deworming on day one. It ll kill the adult worms only. Not d larva. They.need abt 21 days to.mature. so its good to take another after 21 days and regularly once in three months
