Tested For STD, HIV1, HIV2, Results Negative

I had a 10 point test... tested for different STD including HIV 1 and HIV 2 done 7months after a possible exposer. I registered online printed up my papers and took them to a Lab and within 24 hours i had a email confirming that all the results were Negative. But due to the fact i worry about finding something to worry about I just cant shake the worry away. Is 7 months a good window to get a conclusive HIV test result? Thanks Alli
