Tested HSV1 IgG Positive. Recurrence Of Pimples On Penis. How Can This Be Treated?

hi doctor, i want to consult on hsv 1 , i have been tested as hsv 1 IgG positive with 5.6 and HSV 2 IgG Negative with 0.08. I also have some recurrence of small pimples on my penis those repeat after 10 days. I would like to know how this could be treated and am I contagious. My doctor says there is no harm in having sex with my partner as it is not HSV2

Hello.hsv 1 indicayes non genital herpes so it is not transmitted by sexually.use suppresive dose of acyclovir 400mg twice daily for six months to one year
