Tested HSV1 IgG positive. Recurrence of pimples on penis. How can this be treated?

hi doctor, i want to consult on hsv 1 , i have been tested as hsv 1 IgG positive with 5.6 and HSV 2 IgG Negative with 0.08. I also have some recurrence of small pimples on my penis those repeat after 10 days. I would like to know how this could be treated and am I contagious.
