Terrible Stomach Pains Followed By Bowel Movements, Feel Nauseous, Tired. Pregnant ?
This past week i have had terrible stomach pains followed by bowel movements. This has been happening almost everyday more than once a day. On top of this, two days ago I started feeling very nauseous and now feel extremely tired. Could I possibly be pregnant? (PS My boyfriend and I have had unprotected sex twice this week)

Your mentioned symptoms are symptoms of early pregnancy but that doesnt indicate you are pregnant.
You need to do a Urine pregnancy test around or after the time of your next expected menses during which the test is likely to be positive if you are pregnant,
You can also do blood beta HCG, which will show pregnancy with in a week of implantation of embryo which normally causes your symptoms.
If found positive consult a Gync for further advice about proceeding your pregnancy

History noted. From the details you have provided it is not possible to say that you are pregnant.
This may be mostly gastritis. Take one course of antacids. Have less oily and less spicy food. Drink 3 litres of water per day. If you have not get your periods in time, do one pregnancy card test. If positive seek medical advice immediately.
