Temporal Pain, Bulging Vein, Numbness In Face. Taken Percocet And Advil

I have temporal pain with bulging vein and numbness in my left side of my face can this be serious. I already went to dentist thought it was my tooth cause I also have tooth pain but he said there was nothing and nothing on X-rays either I already took Percocet and Advil and have zero relief and tears just keep coming its so painful.

Pain in temporal area with numbness is something to worry about. You certainly need to get investigated. However dont panic at this stage as occasional attacks of migraine can also lead to this kind of symptoms.
Its better to get a CT scan of head with an Electro encephalopraphy test done.
