Hi.. Your sugars are just under the normal limits.. However, you would need frequent sugar monitoring through the course of pregnancy... You may be at the risk of pregnancy induced diabeter.. Watch your diet and restrict carbohydrate rich food.. Involve in mild exercises as discussed with your obstretician.. If the sugar values go high, consult a doctor and discuss if you need antidiabetic treatment..

welcome to healthcare magic
random blood sugar level is not good indicator
please go for fasting and 2 hr post prandial blood sugar level
take balanced healthy diets in frequent intervals
diet should contain cereals, pulses ,vegetables ,fruits ,proteins.,health drinks . depending on vegetarian or not fish, chickens, eggs, paneer, cheese, soyabin preparations should be taken
blood sugar to be checked regularly
follow the advice of obstetrician and be under regulaante natal care
