Am not sure what this exercise is called by it strengthenes your lower back..
Lie flat on your stomach and put your hands under your chin.. Lift you head up along with your hands that is.. for a few seconds then relax.. and repeat.... For a more advanced exercise, try lifting your legs together with your head....
Maybe you should consult a doctor just to be sure its nothing serious..
