Teething infant has tearing bottom gum with whitish brown teeth and fleshy skin. What could this be?

I have 1 yr old toddler that is teething . I noticed a few days back that his bottom gum was tearing but I figured it was another tooth coming out. Well I started smelling a bad oder coming from his mouth and when I checked his teeth I noticed that it was whitish with brown it looked like fleshy skin coming off of it. Wgat is this.He has an appointment tomorrow but should I be worried?

Nothing to worry . It may be some local infection . As you have taken appointment for consultation meet your Docotr for the examination and for specific management for this problem.
