Teeth Problem
i have an whole in a back molder and the gums are white underneath and in alot of pain from the whole in my tooth

Hello,
Hole in the tooth is due to the decay and the the white lesion under the gums are arised due to formation of abscess as a result of spread of infection into periapical area.
Please do visit a dentist and get the pus drained .
Infected pulp has to be removed and tooth has to be restored.
Use chlorhexidine mouthrinses to gargle.
Maintain oral hygiene well.
