Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

From the description it appears that your daughter is likely to be suffering from osteochondritis especially when the lungs and heart are alright in the X-ray.

You could give her hot or cold fomentation and analgesic to relieve her of the pain.I would suggest that you get her examined by a rheumatologist and orthopedician so that the diagnosis could be confirmed by proper examination.

Bye
Take care.
