Teenager Suffering From Fainting Spells. Doctors Suspect Orthostatic Hypertension. Is The Diagnosis Correct?

My daughter is 12 years old. A year ago, she started having fainting spells. Her first one was in class after she stood up. She had a total of 4 epis0odes. They all happened after getting up from a sitting or lying position. Today, she got out of the car walked up to the door and fell out. She said that she felt dizzy so she leaned her head against the door and the next t
hing she remembered was hearing me asking "Kennerly Ann, did you just fall? Did you pass out?" She answered yes to both questions. When she fell she hit her head and elbows on the steps. We saw a specialist last year and they determined that it was orthostatic hypertension. Do you feel like this is right? It concerns me. I used to get dizzy when I would get up really quick, but I would never actually faint.
Thank you for your help.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Fainting spells about 4 episodes need thorough investigation to rule out epilepsy or seizure disorder.
Better do a CT scan and EEG in consultation with a pediatrician to rule out the possibility of epilepsy.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
