Teenager, Have Irregular Periods, Not Pregnant, Observed Retardation In Growth. Any Tips?

Hi, I am 15, turning 16 in June,2013. I had my period when I was about 12. But until this day, my period is still irregular. I haven't seen it in 3 months and I'm pretty sure that I'm not pregnant. And I am 5'1 and 3/4. So .25 more inch and I'm 5'2. I wonder if I have stopped growing, or can you give me any tips for increasing my height? Thank you!

Hi, you are 16 years of age. you had period when you are 12 years
still it is irregular, height 5' 1", you want to grow height.
Still you have time to grow, provided your parents are with good height. If there is no genetic factor you can grow for 2 more years.
For irregular periods and grouth failure anemia, hypoprotinaemia are the main causes.
I advise you to have more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and proteine foods. Thank you.
