Hi, I'm 16 year old male and lately Ive been having some pain in my chest it comes and goes for a split second, but I also get tingling in left arm, neck pain and if I stand up quick I can feel a massive pulse beating through me I've had an ECG test and they found nothing wrong with my heart, does anyone know what this could be?

Welcome to HCM. The commonest cause of chest pain would be musculoskeletal pain from muscles/fascia /costochondral joints and cartilage pain.Other causes would include referred pain due to cervical radiculitis(compression of cervical spinal nerve roots or cervical stenosis).Doing a doppler study and echocardiography to rule out any abnormal anatomy or cause of palpitations(like aortic aneurysm) would help.Such symptoms are commonly seen associated with stress and anxiety. It would be best to discuss the matter with your doctor.
