Hi there ~

I understand your concern. The urge to masturbate is a normal physiological phenomenon. Sexual issues after marriage are quite common. However, anything in excess, even masturbation is not good for you. Although, you might need to consult an psychiatrist to find out if you have any difficulties in your libido or have other mental health concerns like depression that is resulting in your premature ejaculation. Also you should know that masturbation does not lead to death and it won't lead to you not having children. I hope this helps.

Take care and have a lovely day!
